Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at goyees.com and any application published by Yees Development LLC ("YEES", "we", "us", or "our"), including Cadence, tipSplittr, Willow, Bento Plus, Friday, Go Long, Setlist, Field Marks, Covered (collectively, the "Apps"). By downloading, accessing, or using any App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. By using an App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Some Apps require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use any App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to any App or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of any App or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Use automated means to access or scrape any App without our prior written consent.

Certain features may be offered as paid subscriptions or one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. All billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its terms. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests should be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.

All Apps, including their design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding content you provide), are owned by Yees Development LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for their intended personal or business purpose, subject to these Terms.

Some Apps let you create, upload, or store content (such as schedules, notes, or business data). You retain ownership of that content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely to operate and improve the App on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the right to submit it.

We may suspend or terminate your access to an App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using an App and delete your account at any time by contacting hello@goyees.com.

Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yees Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use any App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of an App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our Apps may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as Apple, payment processors, or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of an App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Yees Development LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
